X700 Lasers

When shopping for a new X700-style laser cutter here are some things to keep in mind.  Note that you need to be very specific when asking these questions.  For example, "Adjustable Z-height" is not the same as "Motorized Z-height adjustment."  You will want to clarify these things very specifically with any sellers.

  * Is it shipping from within your country?
  * Is there an import duty or tax required in addition to the purchase price?
  * Is shipping included?  If not, what is the fee?
  * Will there be a lift-gate fee?
  * What type of controller does it have?  We recommend a Ruida controller.
  * Does the power supply show the output current?
  * Does it include a rotary attachment?
  * Can a rotary attachment be used?  If so, how does it connect to the machine?
  * Does it use a motor to electrically raise and lower the bed/table?
  * Does it include an exhaust fan?
  * Does it include exhaust ducting?
  * Does it include a refrigeration-type chiller, radiator-type cooler, or basic water pump for the water cooling system?
  * What software is included?
  * Is it compatible with LightBurn?
  * What is the rated peak power output and rated continuous power output for the tube?
  * What is the maximum tube rating the power supply can support?
  * Is there a warranty?
  * Does the warranty require returning the defective item?  Where will it need to be shipped to?  And who pays for shipping?
